Terms of Use
The rules for using Dispatch.
Last updated February 20, 2026
Introduction
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Dispatch Inc. (“Dispatch,” “we,” “us”) governing your access to and use of Dispatch’s websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Dispatch is an AI chief of staff for executives and executive assistants, including inbox triage, reply drafting, and smart scheduling.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other organization (“Customer”), you represent that you have authority to bind that Customer, and “you” includes the Customer.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
Definitions
- “Account” means your Dispatch user account.
- “Customer Content” means data you or your Customer provides to the Services, or makes available through Integrations, including email/calendar content and metadata.
- “Integrations” or “Third-Party Services” means services you connect to Dispatch (such as Google OAuth and Google Workspace APIs).
- “AI Features” means model-powered features that generate drafts, suggestions, and summaries, transcribe and summarize meetings, conduct autonomous agent sessions, and execute automated tasks.
- “Output” means content generated by AI Features (e.g., drafts, suggested meeting times, summaries).
Eligibility and account registration
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.
To use certain features, you must create an Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account and for all activity under it.
Google authentication
Dispatch allows you to authenticate using Google OAuth. By connecting Google, you authorize Dispatch to access the Google data and scopes you approve on the consent screen. You can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings.
Magic link authentication
Dispatch also supports authentication via email magic links. When you request a magic link, we send a single-use, time-limited authentication token to your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account, as anyone with access to the magic link can authenticate to your Dispatch account.
Subscriptions, billing, trials, and refunds
Plans
The Services may be offered on a subscription basis, including free trials, promotional access, and paid tiers. Details for your plan (pricing, included features, limits) will be presented at checkout or in your order form.
Billing and auto-renewal
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You authorize Dispatch (through Stripe, our payment processor) to charge applicable fees and taxes.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support at support@dispatch.am. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as expressly stated in your plan.
Acceptable use
You agree not to (and not to allow others to):
- use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities;
- interfere with or disrupt the Services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or underlying models (except to the extent prohibited by law);
- use the Services to develop or train competing products using Dispatch’s confidential information;
- upload or process content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others; or
- attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
Customer Content and responsibilities
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for Customer Content you provide or make available through Integrations. You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary for Dispatch to process Customer Content for the purposes of providing the Services, including AI Features.
Third-party data
If you use the Services to process information about others (e.g., meeting participants, email correspondents), you are responsible for obtaining any required consents or authorizations from those individuals, as applicable.
Meeting recording consent
If you use Dispatch’s notetaker feature to record meetings, you are responsible for obtaining consent from all meeting participants before recording. You must comply with all applicable laws regarding recording consent in your jurisdiction.
Integrations and third-party services
The Services may allow you to connect Third-Party Services. Dispatch does not control Third-Party Services and is not responsible for their terms, policies, or availability. You are responsible for complying with the applicable terms of your Third-Party Services providers.
Google API Services policy compliance
If you connect Google services, you agree that Dispatch will access and use Google user data only as disclosed in our Privacy Policy, and in accordance with Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including minimum necessary permissions and “Limited Use” requirements for certain scopes.
Extensible integrations
In addition to Google services, Dispatch supports connecting additional third-party services via extensible integration protocols. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party service you connect.
You may revoke access to connected services at any time through the provider’s settings. Dispatch will stop accessing that data after revocation, subject to short technical delays.
AI Features and Output
Nature of Output
Output is generated automatically based on inputs, context, and system design. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing Output before relying on it, including before sending emails or scheduling meetings.
No professional advice
Dispatch is a productivity tool and does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
Automation
Certain AI Features allow automated actions, including actions triggered by incoming emails and tasks executed on a schedule by AI agents. Automation requires your explicit opt-in and configuration. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring automation settings and for the actions taken on your behalf. All automated actions are recorded in audit logs.
Model training
Customer Content is not used to train shared or general-purpose AI models. Our handling of Customer Content for any service improvement is described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Dispatch and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, models, design, and trademarks. Subject to these Terms and your subscription plan, Dispatch grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.
Your content
As between you and Dispatch, you retain rights to Customer Content. You grant Dispatch the right to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content as necessary to provide and secure the Services and to perform our obligations under these Terms.
Confidentiality
“Confidential Information” means non-public information disclosed by one party to the other that is designated confidential or should reasonably be understood as confidential, including business plans, product plans, security information, and non-public Customer Content.
Each party will:

- protect it using reasonable care.
If disclosure is required by law, the receiving party will (if legally permitted) provide notice and limit disclosure to what is required.
Security and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Your use of the Services is also subject to that policy.
We maintain safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we process and maintain an incident response process. For details on our security program, see our Security page.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:
- you violate these Terms;
- your payment is overdue (for paid plans);
- we must do so to protect the Services, other users, or comply with law; or

You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and/or deleting your Account. On termination, your right to use the Services ends. Customer Content deletion and retention is governed by the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services (including AI Features and Output) are provided “as is” and “as available.” Dispatch disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: Dispatch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Services.
Dispatch’s total liability for claims arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amounts paid by you (or your Customer) to Dispatch for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or CAD $100 if no fees were paid.
Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless Dispatch from claims arising from:
- Customer Content you provide or make available through Integrations;
- your misuse of the Services;
- your violation of law or third-party rights; or
- your breach of these Terms.
