How it works

Briefings

Your day, briefed before you start it.

6 AM, every weekday. (you choose)

What's queued today, what closed yesterday, what's at risk. In your inbox before your first sip of coffee, or in Slack if that's where you'll see it.

Dispatch morning brief chat showing calendar, active to-dos, emails needing attention, and heads-up items for the day
Delivered on the channel you actually check.

Reply drafting

Only the emails that need you.

Drafts ready, decisions surfaced.

Dispatch reads every thread, classifies what needs your attention, and queues it as a to-do with a draft reply already written in your voice. Slack pings during business hours, Telegram after hours, email when it can wait.

Dispatch to-do view with an open contract reply drafted in Matt's voice, ready to send
Drafts in your voice. One-click to send.

People profiles

A living memory of everyone you talk to.

Profiles refresh as new context arrives.

Every contact gets a profile that updates itself as new emails, calls, and meetings come in. You stop walking into conversations cold. You stop forgetting commitments you made six weeks ago.

Refreshes automatically as new context arrives.

Meeting prep

Walk in already prepped.

A dossier on every meeting, before it starts.

Who they are, what was last said, what was promised. Read for two minutes instead of scrambling for ten.

Dispatch meetings list with morning sync, prioritization stand-up, and prep-ready chips on each event
Generated automatically before every meeting on your calendar.

Debriefs

Every meeting, captured and connected.

A bot joins every call, and feeds the whole system.

Tomorrow's prep already knows what was said yesterday. Profiles update themselves. Action items become to-dos. Nothing gets lost in your head.

Scheduling

Scheduling on your terms.

A link, a page, or an agent.

Single-use links, custom booking pages per meeting request, or an agent that handles the back-and-forth in email itself. Buffers, priorities, and the people who actually matter all get respected.

Customers

What customers are saying

I walk in sharper and more present than I ever did before

I expected Dispatch to help me manage my inbox. What I didn't see coming was the meeting prep. Before every coaching session or sales conversation, Dispatch pulls together context I would never have had time to assemble myself: past discussions, open action items, relevant background on the person across the table. I show up sharper, more prepared, and more present, with a fraction of the prep time. For a coach and CEO whose entire job is showing up ready, Dispatch has been a game-changer.

Reconnected with dormant clients and booked new business in one workflow

Dispatch feels like a whole new operating system for running my business. I used it to find old contacts, pull in context from past conversations, draft personalized coaching invitations, and send them out in one smooth workflow. Within days we were reconnecting with dormant clients and booking new conversations we would have otherwise missed.

My teammate asked, “How did you write that email?”

I was out at brunch when a client needed access to a Google link. I told Dispatch to handle it, and it sent the email with the right link, signature, and tone. My teammate asked, “How did you write that email?” That was the moment it clicked. Dispatch is already handling the small but important tasks that would normally pull me away from what matters.

Walked into my most important sponsor meeting fully prepared

Dispatch helped me turn an overwhelming amount of due diligence material into a clear executive summary and meeting prep before a major sponsor meeting. It surfaced connections I would not have easily found on my own and helped me prepare in a way that would have been nearly impossible before. For a busy operator, that kind of leverage changes everything.

FAQ

How is Dispatch different from Claude, ChatGPT, or building this myself?

Claude and ChatGPT are chat tools: you open them, ask a question, close the tab, and nothing happens until you open them again. Dispatch is agent-based: it runs continuously across your stack, watches your inbox and calendar, drafts replies, takes action, and only surfaces what needs you. Building this yourself means stitching together memory, scheduling, security, and integrations, and maintaining all of it. Dispatch is the turnkey version. You stop being the system administrator.

Will it send emails or take actions without me approving them first?

No, not until you say so. Dispatch ships in Observe & Suggest mode. It watches, drafts, and proposes, but every action waits for your approval. As trust builds, you move specific tasks to Suggest & Act or eventually Full Auto. You always control the floor.

Do I need to migrate my tools or change how I work?

No. Dispatch sits on top of your existing stack: Gmail or Microsoft 365 to start, plus whatever else you use. Your inbox stays your inbox, your calendar stays your calendar. Dispatch is the layer that reads, drafts, and remembers across all of them.

Can my EA or VA use Dispatch alongside me?

Yes. If you don't have an EA, Dispatch is your EA: coordination, prep, drafts, and memory, all handled. If you do, it becomes a force multiplier: same workspace, same memory, both of you in it. They tune the rules, own the inbox, and use Dispatch to do the work of two. The day you hire one, they pick up where you left off.

What about my data, and how secure is it?

Your data stays yours. Dispatch only requests the access scopes it needs, every connection is encrypted, and we've engineered against the prompt-injection and data-exfiltration risks specific to AI agents reading your inbox. Full details in our Security, Privacy, and Terms pages.

How fast will I see value? What does onboarding look like?

One call with the founder, your accounts connected, and Dispatch starts learning the same day. Meeting prep generates immediately, people profiles fill in over the first week, and automations get tuned conversationally as you go. Most customers feel real time-savings within the first two weeks.

Buy back your time. Focus on the work that matters.
